My background is Islamic Finance, not IT — which gave me a different perspective on data: one grounded in how financial institutions and businesses actually operate.

During my internship at Bank Muamalat Indonesia, I handled daily front-office operations — processing 200+ financing documents and supporting 10–15 customers each day. At Paste Laboratory, I conducted competitive benchmarking across three companies and contributed to early-stage strategic recommendations. I also hold a BNSP certification in Banking Business Strategy.

I built my analytics skills through the dibimbing.id Data Science & Data Analyst Bootcamp, where I learned to work with Python, SQL, and Power BI on real datasets. Outside of that, I won Best Pitching at UGM's entrepreneurship program and received IDR 22.5M in grants — experiences that deepened my understanding of how data connects to business decisions.

  • Processed 101,766 patient records from 130 US hospitals through a 5-step preprocessing pipeline — down to 31 engineered features
  • Compared 4 ML models with SMOTE for class imbalance — LightGBM achieved best ROC-AUC 0.659 and 88.6% accuracy
  • Applied SHAP explainability — top risk drivers translated into 3 concrete hospital action plans

  • Processed 1.04M raw transactions through a 6-step preprocessing pipeline — including missing value imputation, outlier removal, and fuzzy city name standardization
  • Built RFM scores using quantile-based scoring — R and M via pd.qcut, F via manual threshold — then segmented 835K customers into 5 actionable groups
  • Surfaced ₹22B in assets held by 181K High Risk customers and identified 66K Loyalty Candidates ready for tier-upgrade
